Give Me a Real Candidate for President

My candidate is the one who will turn prisons into schools. Head Start through college. Yes, use Pell Grants this way even if those on the outside must find other means. Corrections staff can be upgraded to tutors, teachers, teaching assistants, and professors. Teachers on the outside are forced to do corrections work--but they can't. Teachers and students on the inside will eventually make corrections people unnecessary on the outside.
