Dr. Tim Eishard (aka Naim AbdurRafi) says: "Liberty Matters." We are not as concerned as we should be about liberty. We lose focus and take liberty for granted. Yes, God did grant us liberty--complete liberty we could argue--but we must work to keep it. How do we lose liberty? People take it. Why? We give it to them. But why do they want our liberty? Simple. Restricting liberty keeps things simple. Dr. Tim is co-host of _Liberty Matters_ on Passion Radio 87.7 FM

Liberty Matters. Why?
Liberty matters because times is hard.
Times will continue to be hard until we become as concerned as we should
be about liberty. Times become hard when we lose focus and take liberty
for granted. Yes, God did grant us liberty--complete liberty we could
argue--but we must work to keep it. If we don't work to keep it we may
find it necessary to fight to get it back. Working is a lot easier than
fighting.
How do we lose liberty? People take it.
Sometimes those people mean well. Some times the takers are people who
don't mean well--except for themselves. Why do people take our liberty?
We give it to them. We don't think. We don't question. We trust without
investigating.
But why do they want our liberty? The
answer is simple. Restricting liberty keeps things simple. Makes
thinking unnecessary. Makes questioning unnecessary. Makes investigating
unnecessary. Simple.
